What does Dizity actually do?
Three things: AI automation (systems that handle leads, follow-ups, content, reporting and support on their own), websites and apps, and digital marketing (SEO, Google and Meta ads, social media). Most clients start with one and add the others as they grow.
What is AI automation, in plain terms?
It is software that does repetitive work for you: replying to enquiries, qualifying leads, sending follow-ups, writing first drafts, updating spreadsheets and dashboards. We build it with tools like Make, n8n and the WhatsApp Business API, connected to the apps you already use.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. You tell us what the business needs in plain language, we design and build it, and we train you or your team to use it. You never have to touch the code.
How do I get started?
Book a free 30-minute call or message us on WhatsApp. We go through your goals, suggest what to build first and send a written quote with a fixed scope, price and timeline. Nothing starts until you approve it.
02Pricing and payments
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted after a free 30-minute call, because the price depends on scope. You get a fixed price and timeline in writing before any work starts, and there are no long-term contracts on monthly services.
How do payments work?
Payments follow the milestone schedule in your quote, by bank transfer or UPI. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month. Third-party costs such as ad spend, domains, hosting and software licences are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.
Can I cancel a project or a monthly service?
Yes. Monthly services run month to month and can be ended with 30 days' written notice. For projects, the fee depends on how far the work has progressed. The details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
03Process and timelines
How long does a website or automation take?
A business website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A single automation (for example lead capture to WhatsApp and CRM) takes 1 to 2 weeks. Larger systems and apps are planned in phases with a date for each.
Which tools and platforms do you work with?
WordPress, Shopify, custom web and mobile apps, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business API, Make, n8n, Zapier, Apollo, OpenAI and Google AI models, and most popular CRMs.
How do you report results?
Monthly for marketing and ongoing automation: a short report with the numbers that matter (leads, cost per lead, traffic, rankings) and what we are changing next. For projects you get a shared tracker and a weekly update.
04Working together
Where are you based and who do you work with?
We are based in Tamil Nadu and work with businesses across India and abroad, from local clinics and shops to agencies, consultants and e-commerce brands. All work is done remotely with calls on Google Meet or WhatsApp.
Who owns the website or automation you build?
You do, once the project is paid in full. Tools, templates and know-how we reuse across projects remain ours.
