Cancellation Policy for Dizity
1. Introduction
This cancellation policy applies to all services provided by Dizity, including but not limited to digital marketing, website development, and related consulting services. Dizity is committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, a project may need to be cancelled.
2. Project Cancellation
- 2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you, the client, wish to cancel a project, you must notify Dizity in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply based on the stage of the project:
- Before project commencement: 25% of the total project cost.
- During the initial phase (up to 25% completion): 50% of the total project cost.
- Beyond initial phase (more than 25% completion): 75% of the total project cost.
- Note: Custom terms may apply for specific projects, which will be outlined in the project agreement.
- 2.2 Dizity-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that Dizity must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified immediately, and any payments made for work not yet performed will be refunded in full.
3. Refunds
- Refunds for cancelled projects will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
- Any non-refundable deposits or fees will be clearly stated in the project agreement.
4. Rescheduling
- If a client needs to reschedule a project, please contact us at least [X] days in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests without additional charges.

6. Policy Amendments
