Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of dizity.com (the "Website") and the services Dizity ("we", "us", "our") provides. By using the Website or engaging our services you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Website you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Website.

2. Our services

Dizity provides website and app development, digital marketing (including paid advertising, social media and email marketing), AI automation, voice AI and consulting services. The exact scope, timeline and price of any engagement are set out in a written project agreement or quote, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, to use our services. By engaging us you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to the practices described there.

5. Intellectual property

Content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, video and software, belongs to Dizity and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Work we build for you (websites, automations, creative) becomes yours once the project is paid in full; tools, templates and know-how we reuse across projects remain ours.

6. Payment and billing

Payments are made according to the milestone schedule in your quote, by bank transfer or UPI. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month. Third-party costs such as ad spend, domains, hosting and software licences are paid by the client unless the quote says otherwise. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Termination

Either side may end an engagement in writing as described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. We may suspend or end access to our services if these terms are breached or if payment is overdue.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to agreed scopes and good industry practice, but we cannot guarantee specific marketing results, rankings or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dizity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the Website. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
